Hello, I'm SupportInBush, and along with Unidentifed, we are currently looking for Subs for our team. The roles we are looking for, are Mid, support and Jungle. We are also in need of a coach if you want to do that.
Just to let you know and advise you once again, we are dedicated. So we have no intentions to quit and disband if something goes wrong.

-Looking for people who main the role that they play. It doesn't matter to me if you mained it last season, last season was almost a year ago now.

-Need to have sufficient ranked play in the position that you're applying for, if you wanna play jungle but have less than 20 jungle games this season in ranked I'm not interested. Same goes for all roles. I'm wanting people who actually put forth an effort to play the role that they want to main, not people who " play every role" and are just mediocre at them. I Check everyone's stats, if you apply for a position and you barely have any games played as that position you're not what I'm looking for.

-Must be able to use skype or discord in order to communicate.

-Trust your team mates to play their roles. Criticism is a great thing, it helps people get better, but; MOST people do not know how to give constructive criticism. If you are the type who spends more time asking people on your team why they're playing a champion, or why they are building a specific item, this is not the team for you. Trust is the most important thing in a team atmosphere.

What makes you think we should pick you: Because I play to win, and love the ranked 5s environment. I think it's super important for a team to have people who are passionate about what they do, and I don't think I would have played this game as long as I have without being passionate about learning and playing the game.

Strength: since i was a coach i am very analytical. I can break down my play and breakdown our teams' mistakes to help us improve. Im really good at macro and i can help the team increase their overall macro. i am really knowledgeable about the game.

Weakness: I get turned off when my team isnt putting in as much effort as me in practice. putting in the effort and not gaining results is fine but a lack of effort is demotivating

What makes you think we should pick you: Im really easy to work with and have a wealth of knowledge of the game. I also have tons of experience working with a team and as a coach

Weakness: Don't play a lot of champs in solo que because I started off as a one trick. Def something I've been working on though!

What makes you think we should pick you:

Just got finished with summer classes so I'll be on league a lot more, which makes me reliable for whenever you need me. In terms of gameplay, I'm willing to adapt to what the team needs. Whatever the team needs (early game, ap, late game, ad, tank, etc) I can play.
