Silver 3 ADC/JG looking for 5s team

I'm looking to be recruited from a ranked or not yet ranked 5s team. Trying to grow past silver. I believe I don't belong in this tier. but keep getting stuck with incompetent solo que scrubs. I want to be able to not only work with a team, but the team work with me also. its very rare to find any chemistry nor synergy while in solo que so I would like to join a 5s team to get away from that. I believe a game like this needs the proper communication (headsets) in order to win, and that is impossible with solo que. Thanks for reading!
