Top Laner looking for plat+ 5s team

Currently I am sitting at plat 2 (Diamond the previous two seasons), simply because I took a break from playing league. I'm back though, and looking to play some 5s. I'm easy to get along with, I have a large champion pool (although some of it might be slightly old meta), and I have strong communication.
