Bronze 1 LF High Elo Coach

I've been stuck in Bronze 1 for a few weeks now, after I get to Silver promos I lose until i derank to B2 then I get back to B1 and repeat. I don't feel that I've improve at all in the last 30-40 games, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong, so I'm seeking help from a player that is much better than me.
