College Recruiting process

Hello Everyone,

My name is Skyler "Eggplantsout" Roberts. I attend Oklahoma State University and am looking at helping schools move forward with an official esports team and competing in uLoL.

My question is more towards colleges that are already to that level and recruit out of High Schools. What is your process? What do you look out for in High School Players? What is your Criteria that you look for? Is there anything that deters you away from High School players? ETC!
