Want to do better in ranked games and get pass bronze

i'm looking for a ranked team. I am in B5 and i can't seem to get to silver, every time i join a game no one is willing to communicate and people keep on feeding and turn around and blame everyone else for them playing bad. And maybe i'm still in bronze because i'm not good enough to carry every game... IDK. all i know is that i want to be part of a team so i dont have to deal with aholes anymore. i am not pig headed and i am willing to learn new ways of playing, so if anyone is willing to help a noob please let me know.
