Looking for normal group

Hey I'm Oh Snap I was Diamond solo queue last season so I'm decent at the game more so knowledge based. I've honestly been playing poorly mechanic wise and wanted to play some normals and stuff to get my game back on. I don't really care what rank you are just looking for a group where we can play normals that way it is easier to get the role we want to practice / champion we want to practice. Just looking to get back to not a pile of rust buckets from my absence this summer.

If you are lower I'm open to giving some advice and tips of course, just with the reminder that I am not an all knowing player.
