Recruiting for a flex group for after restart.

Doing a group for 3s and 5s.

Requirement for 5s: 18+ Microphone D5+ in last 2 seasons or D4+ last season

Requirement for 3s is same, but also either: Already placed in P2+ (After reset) Previous D4+ Ranked 3s experience, verifiable Recruiting for a flex group for after restart.

This pretty much means if you weren't on a D4+ ranked 3s team then you won't be able to do your flex 3 placements with my group.
