Silver 3 looking to get to gold

I am looking for a duo partner that would like to try to get to gold 5. i would like someone s3 or higher. have been s1 but had a bad run a few weeks ago and cant seem to reach gold going solo. I would love to be able to Skype or TS or can download vent. I play jung Pref amumu well but main Sup with Braum or Annie . I am also new to posting things like this so if there is a duo section can someone point me to the right spot.
