Creating Team For Tourneys and to climb

Hello everyone,

I am making a team for League of Legends tournaments. (Preferably cash tournaments). And to climb the solo/dynamic Q. I will play as the ADC for the team. Currently need all other roles. Will be posting again with updates later on in the week. If you post on here add me in game. My IGN is "s Kallliii" for those who didn't see at the top of this. After you add me in game let me know you posted on here so I can look at your reply. This is my second post some of you may have seen the first. Changed the requirement from Gold 5 to Plat 3.

Try outs: Will be discussed with those who are accepted (if too many people post)

Below are my requirements that MUST be met:

-You are at least 16yo

-You don't rage

-You are at least plat 3

-You are actively on every day (some days might not work for jobs/personal reasons I can understand that)

-You are available evenings (Most people work during the day)

-You can commit to a team (This is very important. Plan on climbing to D3+ for NACS/Cash tourneys)

-You main the role you are applying for (Don't apply for top then when i look you up and see nothing but jungle champs.)

TLDR: Older than 16, Plat 3+, Non Rager, on everyday (with exceptions).

Strengths: Keeping objectives warded, reminding others to buy pink wards / upgrade trinkets at level 9 to appropriate settings, calling / typing out dragon and baron timers. Weaknesses: Early game aggression, 1v1 game is weak, when there is not consistent communication in chat or in calls I get frustrated. Not having a team plan and or no commitment to a decision frustrates me as well. Why you want to join: I want to increase my knowledge of the game on a Platinum + level. Good map awareness, good understanding of the stages of the game. Able to focus on game. Can play all roles well except for jungle. Weaknesses: If I'm not given direction I may miss opportunities (i.e. calling for ganks). I don't have the best equipment so my mechanics aren't always on point. Why you want to join: I want to get better and play on a semi-pro team. Also want to improve my knowledge of the game. Can you shot call? And what is your experience?: I'm okay at shot calling and tend to do so from the midlane in solo q; I helped shot call on a U of MN LoL team from the adc position.
