Plat/Diamond Jungler/Support looking for a dedicated team

Okay, I have been searching for months for a solid team that is willing to put in the time and effort to be a good and successful team. If this is your team and you are looking for a jungler or support, add me NOW, if not, don't even bother reading on.

I have been playing league since mid season 1 and reached gold in season 2 plat in season 3 and unfortunately didn't quite make it to diamond in season 4 (well I was diamond 4 95 lp, but i decayed back to play and started to free fall). I am 100% willing to do any tryouts you think you need and have an availability schedule to match almost anything. I'm free any time after 3pm EST on weekdays and any time on the weekends. Recently I played for a team that had had successes in weekly tournaments such as WarriorEsports, ThunderdogEsports, and NotSoStock Gaming tournaments. The team I was part of placed in 1st many times in NotSoStock and WarriorEsports, and placed second in an 8 week long, LCS style tournament with ThunderdogEsports, losing to a challenger team. However, in WarriorEsports, my team defeated teams such as Twist and Shout Fanfic, melondogs, Dream House, and many other challenger teams that have since disbanded or moved on to bigger and better things. I have also had the opportunity to play against players such as former XDG member BloodWater, former Velocity member ecco, and some high challenger names you may recognize such as JungIe, Charmanderu, I am the IRS, and many others. In this time of winning, I was the team's shotcaller and lead my team to victory which may be one of my stronger aspects. I feel I have a lot of game knowledge and know what to do in tough situations, but respect other people's ideas.

Bouncing off that idea, I am open to criticism and I welcome it (don't be a you know what and just let me do something stupid and not tell me), but also be aware I may give you some criticism to help you improve if I see something that can be improved.
