D5 Mid main looking for duo/trio P1 to D4. Read all before.

Hi,

Since I always soloQ'd and premades 5s didnt work for me (not efficient because bad routine and practices relies on too many factors), I thought it would be cool to start a journey to Master/Challenger with like minded people. So I'm looking for a duo or trio to grind the ladder for summer (at least). If you don't main mid and fill all the following conditions hit me up:

• Decent mic and internet.
• Plat 1 to Diamond 4 only.
• Serious about the game, willing to put the hard work, eager to improve and climb to Master/Challenger.
• Available most of the day, can play for long periods, preferrably 8 hours+/day almost everyday ( Don't end * the day after 1-2 defeats lol)
• Understand that defeat and failures are part of the process and help each other to learn from them.
• I don't need you to be the best, I just want you to be the best.
• Be consistent, do your job and focus on the game, we'll talk after the game if we need to improve something in particular.
• Open to criticism and able to give some, we're here to improve, if you want to say something just do it, no bad feelings.
• Have fun, and keep the moral high, we're going to play for many months, it'll be easier to keep up and get better having fun. I'm a chill guy dw :p.
• Believe that we'll succeed, no matter how hard it is, or how hard it gets.
• I don't care if you feed or have a bad game, as long as I know you're doing your best and keep a positive attitude and I expect the same from you.
• You don't mind watching replays and important NA/EU LCS matches.

Please only reply if you agree with all the following and are hyped for it, otherwise we'll just waste time. If you're hesitant because you're shy dw, I'm shy too lol, if you're hesitant for other reasons just let me know and I'll tell you if it's fine or not.
