Creating a Serious Tournament Team

Hi, I am a fellow League user that doesn't like to spend my own money on League, so I join tournaments and stuff to win RP. But, I got tired of playing in a team instead of creating my own because you don't actually get to know the players or play with them unless the leader of the team is on. Therefore, I would like to make a Serious Tournament team but I would be actually making the players interact with each other and learn about their play style, how they lane, trade, etc. etc. I can coach in some ways and if one of the members struggle to do something (ex. Ryze combo), one of the members that is good at ryze or have experience with him, can teach the member that struggles with Ryze.

Now, I'm not saying that this team is going to be perfect, but I would like to make it perfect and have fun with it. This is my first time making a tournament team like this so I am pretty excited about it.

Now, I am looking for starter members, subs, and coach/analyst. The starter and sub members have to be gold 1 and below but I would like it around Silver elo because that's where I am. The coach/analyst can be any rank overall and must have experience.
