Low Elo support/top player lf 5's

A little about me.

I have only played 1 true season of ranked since I began in season 3. I am strongest in a support or bruiser role with my strongest champs being as follows.

Top. Jax/nasus/darius/gnar

Support. Blitzcrank/Leona/thresh/zilean

these are not the only champs I can play by far just my preferred champs.

I have limited experience tbh and most of it is in high silver. I always seem to get to start in low bronze elos.

ended season 3 silver 5 ended season 4 silver 2 hit gold 5 in preseason. currently bronze 1 started season bronze 4

I live on the west coast so if you are looking for a top/support style player (I can play other roles if needed or wanted) groups that would be starting around 9:00 pm on any day would be preferable.
