Hello everyone, and thanks for reading.

My name is Smoke (ign: nL Smoke) and I am a Gold player that will be managing the team/org. I will also be the temporary head coach until I find someone suitable to replace me.

About Me: I have been playing League since Beta, I've Coached a few high diamond teams for various Orgs, and I love this game that we all play (to various levels of success.) I have spent most of my professional life as a manager for various large trucking and logistics companies, and my biggest strength is the ability to build and maintain great teams with strong morale where everyone's input is weighed heavily to make the best decision possible. Do not get me wrong, we will be a challenger squad fighting against the best teams in NA in order to eventually break into the LCS, but it will require hard work and sacrifice. I'm tired of seeing LCS teams purchased, and challenger teams boosted by former Pro's and I want to get back to basics, where the untapped talent of NA players can shine through and make a name for themselves. Please make sure that you are prepared to put in the work, and that you have the time to spend before you submit yourself for consideration.

This is my vision for Never Lucky eSports, and If this sounds like what you're looking for, I look forward to speaking with you. Let me say first that we are only looking for players that are passionate about improving, committed to putting in the time necessary, and looking to become a truly competitive force to be reckoned with on the rift. You must be level headed, and willing to listen to constructive criticism from the coaches, analyst, and your team mates without taking it personally. We will build a team that works well together, has the right attitude, and complements each others play-styles. As we recruit more members, or if members must be replaced for some reason, each active member of the team must unanimously approve any new recruits. If you have any reason to veto an applicant, they will not be accepted, simple as that. I want a team that likes each other, communicates well, and most importantly trusts each other to make the right plays and the right calls in the heat of the moment. Anything less is unacceptable. If you are especially gifted at shot calling, pick/ban, or quickly adapting to the new metas, this will be considered a large bonus so please be sure to mention that.

Hi! First off, the "wall" of information with your goals and mindset caught my attention because it meshes almost exactly with mine. I have a very strong desire to play in the NACS and eventually the LCS.

I play adc in solo queue, but I usually play support when I play on competitive tournament squads because the cohesion and teamwork shines through a lot more solidly. I get help warding, rotating, etc.

As mentioned above, it was asked to mention any strengths such as shotcalling. As a support player for 5's, I take on most of the accompanying roles such as shotcalling, designing compositions, and other things like that. I don't have much experience with pick-ban, but i'm definitely willing to learn that, and anything else that may need to be worked on. Certainly dedicated to playing and growing with your team.

Hey man I've been looking for something like this for a while and just finished school! Im currently D5, i was D3 0lp 2 days ago then went on major tilt. My goal is Masters by June add me in game and we can talk. IGN:Source Mid/top I play this game to improve and be the best midlaner. I play wayy too much (10 games a day) and am improving fast.

When you get the team together you should look up @Paleo_Ever on twitter he can get you into some Semi Pro League of Legends events and help you with a marketable twitter account and a logo. He will put you onto a program called Rumble on the Rift. its pretty badass. Thats if you are serious about competing.
