Looking for people who use Skype/Discord (maybe Teamspeak?)

Myself and another friend are looking to play some casual normal type games with a few friends. Most of ours are not online too often or don't play at all and it's hard to organize a team. More often than not we've ended up matched with three randoms who don't really communicate against other five man teams. Which makes for rather quiet, predictable and not-so-fun games.

More often than not one or more of the randoms is the trademark AFK, insalock something or toxic as a can of lead paint (and about as smart). [zombie-brand-mindblown]

I find this game more fun with laid-back people and voice-chat shenanigans. We aren't ranked this season, but neither of us are terrible either. Just not so interested in the ranking portion of the game. (Though we could be with some practice or a fun group.)
