Just getting back into the game after awhile LF Duo/Team

Hi, my name is Ahkari, i'm a vayne one trick that used to be diamond 3 but then stopped playing for 2 years. I got back into the game and placed silver 2, my friends all tell me i'm still at the high plat diamond level of play so i wish to search for a team or a duo partner. I'm Silver 2 but know plenty about the game and my mechanics are up to par. I would like a smurf to duo with me or if you believe you are good enough and your silver/gold just hmu. All in all, i wish to find a duo partner pref gold or a team that has gold level players or higher. Then i will continue my climb back to diamond by myself or with my duo partner/team member.
