Hello everyone! My name is Nick "Ashes" Ridgeway! I am the North American League of Legends Manager for SYNRGY Gaming, a global, professional Esports Organization. You might recognize our name from our top tier CS:GO team our our old Top6 Call of Duty team! Allow me to tell you about the academy program.

Our goal with this program is to train a group of FIVE players to become a challenger level team. We will be providing the structure and support staff that will be needed in order to cultivate this team of players into a challenger team. We have a dedicated coaching staff that will help you grow as a player individually as well as a team.

We will be looking for the best player we can find in terms of Dedication, Personality, Attitude, and of course, natural talent. We formed the team about a month ago and they have already managed to reach D3 on the ranked 5s ladder. Sadly our current** ADC** has to step down from his starting position, so we will be looking for a new ADC to fill his shoes!
