Looking for a Duo Partner!

EDIT - (Found a Duo Partner) I will keep this post up just in case something unexpected happens.

How long have I been playing? - 3 and a half months What rank am I? - Silver 4 (I know it looks bad but I was at Silver 1 at one point) What role do I main? - Mid Champion Pool (Best to Least best) - Vel'Koz, Syndra, Zyra, Annie, Taliyah, Ahri, Xerath, Anivia, Ekko, What I am looking for in my duo partner:

• Doesn't have to be good as long as they are willing to practice and improve.
• Is not toxic and will not flame others or myself for misplays.
• Speaks English or Korean.
• NOT playing casually. By this I don't mean LCS level competitiveness but I am looking for someone who is looking to play seriously and not take this as a joke. Of course we can have fun sometimes but if we're playing ranked and you do stupid crap I won't be impressed :/
• I don't want any boosters coming on this post and posting their rates. I am NOT here to find a partner to boost me! I want to find someone of my skill level who is willing to climb the ranks with me.
• Someone who is usually on most of the time. (I myself am still in school meaning my hours are limited but as long as you are not gone for like 3 days of the week I am fine)
• Someone who is in a similar timezone. I am Mountain Time. As long as you are in that 1-3 hour difference range I am totally fine. It's mostly your problem if you are 5 hours away since I won't be on then since I'll be snoozing away.
• Someone who won't BM people in matches or boast about how good they are. I'm here to play with you and improve with you. I will complement your accomplishments but if you start rubbing it in my face I'll get annoyed reaaaaaal quick :/ (Basically no cocky bastards)
• Someone who isn't playing this game as a side. I will most likely be playing this game a few years from now and I don't want to go on my journey with someone who is just going to leave to play the "new and hottest games". I need someone who will stick with me till the end.
• Preferable if you had a mic or device (phone app) of some sort through which you can communicate with me. Thing is I use the college internet so I probably won't be talking much so this is for your ease. If you are the type of person that can easily talk without having anyone reply then this is for you. I will listen and react to your calls if you verbalize them but I will only be able to communicate with you via pings.

This was quite a lengthy post but I hope someone out there reads this and I hope to find a duo partner really soon!
