Looking For Top Laner

We are trying to become a semi-serious Ranked 5s team with practices and all that other bull crap. We have had a couple of top laners that worked out but there was one problem with them.....THEY WERE NEVER ON!! We are looking for someone that will be on and join our facebook group so they know when practices will be held. We have 2 requirements. 1) Have Curse Voice 2) Be open to constructive criticism. We don't care that you are bronze 3 or gold 5, If the gold 5 player rages and isn't open to any criticism then we would take the bronze 3 player in a heartbeat.
