Former Diamond ADC just came back to game - LF support who can play mornings to grind to plat+

adc is mostly mechanics and game knowledge - hit the practice tool until your cs is pristine. Then work on champion combos/animation cancelling/attacking and moving.

Be honest with yourself - most adcs I physically see move their right hand waaaay too slow and too inaccurate to be any resemblance of a high level adc. Need to have complete control over that right hand - every mouse movement should be calculated - fast - accurate - efficient - effortless. Watching a high level adc really puts this into perspective, how calculated and efficient every mouse move is - it's never random and chaotic.

Lane matchups - trial and error - helps if you have a consistent support to work with that helps. Or if you have a high elo person you can talk to about matchups - or can add me we can talk about any of them.

Then overall game knowledge - everyone who knows anything about league knows it comes down entirely to pressure. How much consistent, safe pressure can you put on the map without giving up equal or more elsewhere on the map? In answering this question you'll find a LOT of variables. So you just took bot turret... what is the correct next move? Pushing on a tier 2 turret - would generate the highest amount of pressure (think of it as like THREAT in World of Warcraft or something.) You are begging the team to come and fight you. But how would that fight turn out? Depends on their champions... your champions. Are you a 8-0 vayne and have a duo you trust? THey don't have any crazy global or stealth? Ward up and take that tier 2. Are you a 3-3 Jinx with a Brand support? You need to shove out the wave and go mid for pressure - and Brand needs to roam for pressure. But let's say your top is putting on a LOT of pressure and you have a thresh support. Even if you're not super fed as a fragile champion like jinx - in this case you want to help your top laner out by putting a bunch of pressure down on the bottom side of the map - then just use thresh lantern to escape and emote spam. What's the most and the safest pressure I can put on the map right now without losing equal or more pressure elsewhere on the map?
