LF G+P ADC for tournament team.

Looking for ADC that is gold or plat for compete league open tournament team. The tournament is lcs style every Tuesday from 5 - 9pm pst you would be expected to be on at 430 if we have a game at 5 to go over pick bans. We would also have a warm up game at 3:30 when we have a 5pm game however this isn't mandatory.

Our practice days are Monday and Thursday 430 - 830 sometimes with a break in between. You are expected to be on time for practice and early for tournaments. Since we will often scrim during our practice time and if were late for tournaments well either loss bans or be disqualified. If you cant make it to practice or a tournament please let us know before hand it isn't to hard to get an internet connection or after you have been with the team a while to send a text.

There is a chance for an extra day if the team feels that there's something particular we want to continue to work on or we feel there wasn't enough time on Thursday however this decision is determined by the whole team and if times don't match up that's okay.

Our team is focused on improving well having fun. We try and make it so critiques are done at the end of the game. As a team member it is important to understand that we are all looking to improve and non of us are good at the game. We have a discussion at the end of the game particularly when we loss about things that went wrong during the game. If there was miscommunication and people getting frustrated this is when we talk about it.
