LF a Bronze JG, Top, and ADC to climb the Ladder With

So my friend and I have been trying to get out of elo hell, but no matter how hard we try it doesn't seem to work because our teammates don't cooperate well. My friend's a mid main and I'm a decent Thresh, so we are looking for Bronze jungle, top, and ADC who could be calm and won't be toxic when the game isn't looking up. Weekends EST, usually Sunday.
