looking for silver to plat supp/adc players for flex team

What if I play vayne like a gold player but I'm stuck in bronze

ADC Main i play all adcs and have played em all 20+ times and my mains 300+ add me in game

Maple Leaftea - Support Morg, Janna, Thresh, Zyra/Malz/Lux

Benliam12 - Mid Orianna, LeBlanc, Lissandra, Syndra, Azir (Even with poor winrate due to nerfs :D) and some others mid laners.

I play all other roles (but i main mid) with these champs Top : Lissandra, Caitlyn, Vayne (Yes This is how i play top lane :D) Jungle : Elise, Reksai Attack damage carry : Ashe, Ezreal Support : Soraka, Karma, Lulu, Morgana

I main supp in silver but have plat experience with leona allistar and Janna according to lolsumo. I am getting some experience with Thresh and Zillian soon to get experience with Zyra as well.
