Jungler/Decent Laner Looking for Team!

Hello, Im looking to join an active team that plays competitively a few nights a week and also are interested in moving up through solo que with each other. Im currently in bronze stuck in elo hell!!! This is my first season but I've put some good time in and think im ready to really start moving up with some good guys.
