Creating a serious ranked team 5v5 gold+

Hi my cousin and I want to create a serious ranked team 5v5. We are hoping to find players that will stick together even after losses. We are not necessary looking for skills, the first thing we are looking for is attitude and having fun playing. Once we have all five members, I want to make a practice time where every can fit in. Might as well try, so here it goes

ign- A Jungle Main Age- 16 Role- Jungle, but I'll fill anything (Not the best ADC though) Champs- I play pretty much everything, so I'm very flexible Strength- Whenever I play with my friends, I always make fairly good shotcalls, and again as I said, I play pretty much everything, so I can play what my team needs me too. Weakness- Sometimes I have trouble transitioning into the Mid-Game as a Jungler, and I feel like I could ward a bit mid Mid-Late Game Short bio- I have been playing League since the end of Season 2, Didn't play ranked in Season 3, and Climbed to Silver 2 in a few weekends near the end of Season 4. I am very comfortable with all the changes in the new jungle/season, as I play on the PBE regularly, and I am a part of multiple teams that are playing for ranked next season. U have curse or Skype- I have both, although I prefer Skype

ign- Tickle My Fizz Age- 16 Role- Mid / Top Champs- Fizz, Akali, Riven, Zed, Gnar, Orianna, Ryze, Azir, Zilean, Kassadin Strength- Able to shot call pretty well and generally win most lanes that are even matchups. Weakness- Sometimes I will go in solo when I do end up snowballing, yet with the reinforcement of 4 other teamates I feel as though I could easily fix this issue. Short bio- I really enjoy playing league of legends and started back when Fizz first came out, is it a coincidence that Fizz is my best champion? I THINK NOT! Anyway jokes aside I am looking to step up my game and become a high level player. U have curse or Skype- I have skype and curse + I can download other programs if need be.
