Gold 3 Top Laner Looking For a League Team

Hello everyone, my name is Cone, and I am currently looking for a league team. I am not just looking for a dynamic queue team, I am looking for a competitive team that will play in tournaments and ideally in a mini-lcs league. I am in the eastern time zone and can play on weekdays from 5-9PM EST and a lot more on the weekends. I am looking for a team that is dedicated and will kick me and all the other players off the team if a specific player is under performing. I prefer to let people know before they add me, but I am 14 years old, and personally consider myself more mature than others my age, but you can be the judge of that. If you are interested in allowing me to tryout, please add me in game @ Cone.

                                                                                                                           Thanks you for reading.
