just turned lvl 30 looking for a team that needs a jungler i main (rammus,fiddlesticks)

dont want to just jump in ranked with some randoms. i want to do this right, i cant put in the time and dedication towards the team. im 23 ive been playing only for a few months and im ready to take this to the next lvl.
