Upset eSports LCS Bound Challenger Team, Player and Staff Recruitment

Hello Community,

I am Raptorforce the founder and owner of Upset eSports. Upset is an organisation that I formed nine months ago in hopes of not only putting together a team that would attempt to eventually make the LCS, but also build an esports organization. This is a team of mostly college age students who are either committing their time outside of school, or fully committing to the team. Through that time I have worked hard to make a serious team and organization that has since received sponsorship from Logitech, G2A, WTFast, and Lootcrate. I have a team of extremely skilled players (lowest rank D5 highest rank Challenger), and I am looking to bolster the lineup! Right now I am looking for players and staff for the following positions: (Please see requirements for application below) ALL APPLICANTS THAT CAN MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS FEEL FREE TO APPLY Players:

  • Starting Top Laner
  • Starting Mid Laner
  • Top Sub
  • Mid Sub
  • Jungle Sub

Staff:

  • Head Coach
  • Head Analyst
  • Social Media Director

REQUIREMENTS: Players

  • Diamond 2 minimum rank (if you are close please still apply)
  • Experience playing on a serious 5s team, CSL, HSL, or any other league experience
  • Positive attitude to team environment; working to get better together no matter what we achieve
  • Experience working with a coach (this can be in League or any other sport you have played before), and understand how that relationship works to better you and the team as a whole
  • Time commitments: We generally play 18 - 20 hours a week as a team minimum, (this will require utter commitment), minimum 20 SOLO queue games per week
  • If you join the team you will be obligated to sign a contract and agree to the rules and regulations, including a 1 year commitment to the team
  • Communicate with team on Facebook daily, and attend any team meetings and functions (you will be FLOWN OUT if you live far from the team function)
  • General goal and drive to make it to first the Alpha Draft Challenger League, NA CS, and then the LCS

REQUIREMENTS: Staff (Requirements for staff members vary from job to job)

  • General drive to help players
  • Extreme and precise understanding of League of Legends
  • Previous experience as a coach for any sport (or analyst)
  • Great communication skills between team members
  • Adding to the positive team atmosphere.

wait, aren't you silver 5?? I respect your effort and passion to make a league team, but its kind of sad to read because its probably not going to work out. You should really focus more of your time on school and such. At least get a little better at league first :)
