LFM Currently looking for a carry style top laner and "subs"

As the title says we are looking for a carry style top laner (Meaning you are not going to be told you have to play tanks) and people that are willing to fill out the roster. However when I say this, that means we WILL use our "subs" regularly whether people are not available due to time constraints, or because someone is on tilt. That and we will also practice in customs. The biggest requirement to this is have an attitude that complies with the team. This means they are willing to get better, listen to productive criticism, dish out productive criticism, helping with developing teammates, listening and communicating with the shotcallers and other teammates. SYNERGY is our greatest ally, if you aren't willing to be a team player, then please do not respond.

However, we are looking to have fun, even if we do get heated at times, so expect to be new "cheese" picks in normals when we are practicing.

ELO does not matter, but you will have to play with us/ me a couple of time before we give the go ahead.
