Looking for a serious team

I'm looking for a team to join up with that is serious and is looking to move up through the ranks. I'm currently level 25 and am trying to find a team to play with to move up faster and then continue to play ranked 5's with. Your current rank/level don't matter that much to me as long as you have potential.

A little about me: I used to play console games professionally on Gamebattles before it became MLG. Specifically GHTP, pretty much the entire Ghost Recon series, Call of Duty, and Madden on teams such as DBA, STD, CG, and others. I have played games at a high level for a long time and have just recently gotten into LoL. I have played off and on for a while, but I have decided that I would like to try to play competitively. I'm in my mid-20's, so I am a mature player that you don't have to worry about raging out.

I work 8-5 Central time, so my typical play times are from 6- Midnight. I have/can download whatever voice chat your squad uses and I have a headset. I understand how to communicate in a team dynamic under pressure from my console game days. At the current time, I rotate through top, mid, and jungle with a handful of champions. I'm really experimenting with all sorts and can prepare for any role, but I mainly use WuKong, Zed, Lee Sin, Yi, Jax and a few others.
