LF Smurfs or 30's to help me level

I was plat 4 in season four on my main Gankstar. I made a new account because after years of playing and dcing from my net being garbage my account finally got banned. I am currently level 19 and i win lane 95% of the time im just tired of trolls and feeders. I need a team of people i can rely on to not feed and communicate well. Must be 18+ must not have a bad win/loss ratio, must have mic and voice chat program. NOTE: IF YOU FEED ONE GAME WE WILL NOT BE PLAYING TOGETHER AGAIN, Sorry not sorry.
