Creating Serious Team (Must Read ALL POST)

Hello,

I am a support Main currently looking to create a serious team. Name to be decided. I will be the Team Manger until team has been fully established and we decide to have someone fill the role.

Requirements, Expectations of the Team/Players: -Practice will be 7pm-10pm. Monday - Friday. Must be able to attend these time. Weekends are primarily for free time.

• If you were to miss or be late for any practice without informing me or future team manager, you will be cut from the team, no matter how good you syngergized with the team or how good you are. If you cannot commit to the team or be responsible enough to at least inform your team you will be late or cannot attend practice, I do not want you.
• No Raging/Verbal Abuse/Racism/Negativity. I want a team that is mature and knows how to be give helpful feedback.
• Must have voice communication and willing to download any voice communication application that the team decides on.
• Must be a main in your role. If you think you can play two roles equally, then I do not want you. I want someone who is dedicated to one role and one role only.
• As for rank, Must be Gold + no exceptions.
• Must be able to play meta champs. I want you to main each of those meta champs and never deviating from them, unless you have practiced with that champion for countless hours/days. We are Gold. We are not Faker who can play any champ in his lane.
• Must understand there will be loses. Learning from those loses and accepting your own mistakes during the game, never blaming your fellow teammates for the lose.
• We will be reviewing every loss once the team has been established.
• Must be able to communicate to your team during the game, Everyone has to communicate what they are going to do or want to do. Always playing objectives ahead of time. Everyone will be a shot caller, but there will be a Main Shot Caller once team is established that everyone has to follow what they say, even if you think it isn't the right call.
