Dedicated, Serious Team recruiting a Coach.

The team I own and manage is currently in the process of constructing some form of coaching staff. The roles available within this coaching staff are simply Head Coach.

Require a bit of information surrounding the team? Good. The team itself is dedicated and filled with serious players who currently enrolled in their first Series. The Gold and Under OLS. They sit first place at holding a 10-0 record as of today. This means that we’re only looking for the best possible Head Coach, someone that can help the team improve and grow.

Competitively. : very much so, played on many teams over the year, have experience on proper shotcalling, team comps, team discussion, etc. How would you help players improve in their role?:it depends on what the team wants to get out of it, I cant help a team if they don't want to be helped but if your looking for a full on coach that will give it there all with the team, im yor guy. I can help with each individual role as I have a good understand of each role and there purpose in the game. I would point out every mistake I see with time stamps and how it could be done better. If you got this position. How would you improve the team itself?: I would overall make the team have more synergy in the game and improve them as players.

Do you have any experience in said position?: I have briefly coached 2 other teams and am a member of the Esport Coaching Network. Age: 20 Current Rank: Diamond IV Do you have in-depth knowledge of League of Legends? Competitively: Yes, I have played the game since season 1, been on numerous ranked teams this past season, and avidly watch the professional scene. How would you help players improve in their role?: I would give players specific positive/negative feedback on their individual play in games, establish weekly and long term goals for each player, and make myself available as much as possible for any questions outside practice. If you got this position. How would you improve the team itself?: I would hope to improve the team by improving communication in and out of the game, helping the players understand their roles and how they contribute to the team, and providing whatever game knowledge that I can.
