Looking to create a full UK team

I am looking to form a full uk team with a semi serious - serious outlook i am gold 1 and looking for players who are gold 3 +.

I am looking for all players but a top lane in which i play. I also want players who are not going to flame and argue with each other and who can give constructive criticism as well as take it. I want to try and form a good team who can play together for fun but also want to try and make it some where.
