Looking to start a 3s team; all ranks welcome

I'm looking to start a 3s team. I want to improve with the champion pool that I don't use very often ((I rarely use cheese champs)) and I thought messing around with 2 or 3 other people while learning them could be fun. I don't care what rank you are in solo,5s, or 3s, I just want to play with people I can become better with and they can become better as well. I don't care if we place bronze 5 honestly, the highest I've been ranked in 3s is silver 2. The only requirements I have is that is that we use some form of voice. Skype,raidcall, or curse. Whatever we all decide on. Ideally I'd like 3-4 people we can rotate with so it wont seem like everyone has to play every day;I know most people are on more than one team and it sucks to try and choose.
