LF 1 jungler 3's aiming for challenger this season

A friend and I have decided we are bored of soloq and ranked 5's and decided to make a new goal to hit challenger on 3's. We are in need of a dedicated and active jungler to fill the dream. We are both diamond in soloq and have 3s diamond experience. We are looking for someone with good mechanics and communication. If you feel like you have what it takes, please answer a few short questions below, I will keep checking this thread very often. My friends list is almost full and I get requests daily so this way will be a lot more organized.
