Need a dedicated DUO Support

I'm an ADC main who plays

I'm not ranked right now but I got to high gold elo last season on my main and I'm looking for not just someone to duo with, I'm looking to find someone to grow with and improve my overall gameplay. Need to be sportsman-like be able to communicate with skype/curse and someone who is overall dedicated to the game and won't mind looking over games and take constructive criticism. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who believes they can get to DIAMOND. Although your elo doesn't really matter, I'm looking for people over gold or high silver.
