I need a ranked duo partner

As far as I can tell this is the most suitable place to make a post like this. Here's the thing, I desperately need a ranked partner. In ranked games I either get an awful team; one full of toxic people, team of non communicators, feeders, trollers, or the usual afk. On the other hand, I sometimes get a good team who can cooperate and play well together. It is never in the middle for me, and I am not good enough to solo carry as certain champions, and I don't wanna use the same champion over and over again in ranked, but I will if I need to. This is why I am looking for a partner, Someone preferably higher than silver because my goal is to at least get out of silver entirely. I am not playing anymore tonight, but I will continue to check this post and friend requests. If you would really like a reward for doing this, I could probably fix something up later with an RP gift or something, but a person who could be friendly and help me win ranked games would be really helpful. I am a fellow silver league person, who has the same problem, with either horrible team mates or a good game never the middle, I play ADC/Mid the best, can pretty much do all roles though. If you wanna hit me up, IGN: oInushao.
