LFM: Need Vocally Strong Jungler; And Subs [Plat-Diamond]

Hello there, I'll make this sweet and to the point. I'm Effenrai and I'm currently working on gathering players to form a team. And we have a coach. Looking for a vocally strong jungle **Looking for Sub ** (As a sub, you would become the starter if you became the better player or if you're more reliable)

Practice Time Will Be Between 7 PM - 1 AM EST *(Rough Estimate) *

-Requirements-

1. General Performance (CSing, Positoning, Focus, Not Feeding)
2. Platinum - Diamond Ranking
3. Main Your Role
4. Own All/Majority of Champions
5. Voice Communication
6. Zero raging/toxicity
7. Adaptability/Decent Champion Pool (Don't tell me you can only play one champion..)

-Expectations-

1. Improvement (As players and a team)
2. Synergy Building
3. Trusting Your Team (Rather all 5 follow a bad call than for the team to split )
