[IMW] Recruiting an active ranked team (Silver+, 5's)

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to view this topic. As of now, I'm recruiting eight members for a ranked team, five main (including myself) and four backups. I'm eighteen years of age, and actively play League, it is very rare that I will need an alternate (unless I'm having an overall bad day, and can't focus on the game.) Moving onto the application process:

IGN: Rank: Main/Favorite Position: Champions you play in lane: Mid Jungle Support ADC Top Timezone: Availability Times: Communication(needed. Skype/Teamspeak/e.t.c): Willing to participate in practices?(yes/no):

OPTIONAL INFORMATION Name: Age: Information about yourself:

Below is an example of the application being filled out;

IGN: SwagName2343 Rank: Silver IV Main/Favorite Position: My favorite lane is Top, but I can play ADC/Support as well. Champions you play in lane: Mid Jungle Support ADC Top Timezone: GMT Availability Times: All-day. Except for nights. I may need a backup for this time spot. Communication(needed. Skype/Teamspeak/e.t.c): I use skype, and curse. Is teamspeak a thing? Willing to participate in practices?(yes/no): Of course! Practice makes perfect!

OPTIONAL INFORMATION Name: Jeffrey NotARealName Age: 19 Information about yourself: I consider myself good at the game. I'll work well with others, and if needed I can call shots. All-in-all I could even be a coach.

If you're accepted into the ranked team, the team rules will be sent your way. Aside from that.. I look forward to reading all your applications!
