Looking for a sub for a serious team (Bronze/Silver/Gold Solo Q ELO)

Hi! I am Zarkra, the co-leader of Dead Dogs along with KingNoah. We currently have a full roster, but are looking for a substitute that can fill for any role. The roles that you will be least likely to play are Mid/Jungle. We are looking for someone who cooperates well and can take criticism well. We are all very open with each other in a very constructive environment.

We practice 4 nights a week, days varying due to scheduling of all members. We are looking for a dedicated sub who will most likely get a good amount of playing time.

Hey, i figured i'd post even though I don't entirely meet what you guys are looking for. I main adc and support, I don't really play any other roles.
