Creating a team of Bronze elo players looking to improve this season

What i want for this team is not something that will fizzle out after a couple of weeks i would like to grow a bond within the players. I know that sounds cheesy af but oh well. The type of players i would like to be on this team are people who know how to give and take constructive criticism without taking it personally or to heart. This is completely different from flaming on others because their mistakes, everyone makes mistakes especially us... thats why we are in bronze. I will be trying out any players for the next couple of days not just on skill but on attitude because no one wants to play with someone who is a constant douche. Please fill out the forum bellow. However i play most nights between 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Anything else you would like to say: I am interested in joining a team mostly to improve my gameplay and I think that a good team is a great place for doing so. I sometimes play assassins but for the most part i play mages because its easier for me to play. I often times don't need a lot of jungle help in any lane I'm in. I can play top and adc just as well as mid, so that if other team members wanted to switch roles i can do so. I don't play jungle much because i feel like there is a lot of pressure to preform, and I don't really want that.

I love league, and I'm very competitive but i do not lose my composure and maintain an open mind to learn from advice and experience. I am mainly adc as miss fortune( most would laugh) but my game history speaks for itself however I am strong with at least 4 other marksman champions. I started this game as a mid so i am extremely well rounded when i throw in jungle and support. The only lane i cannot handle is top lane. I don't know why it just doesn't click with me so i do terrible in that position. I will happily play any role (exception of top lane) based on what is needed. I am not a strong solo player, my skills for some reason are far greater when i am playing with people i know and have a form of understanding and communication with them so i guess you would classify me as a team player rather than a solo grinder. **
