Enough is enough ... Need a duo so I can expedite the climb

Looking for a partner that takes pride in not dying faster than a yi alpha strike? Im your guy. Heres the deal, I like playing Lux mid and I'm not too bad at it. I like to sit in the back line and catch people with unsuspecting bindings to the face and then flash my mastery while my team pounds them into the ground. If i die more than a handful of times in a game then im upset with myself. Most of my teammates are happy with double digit deaths so long as they get some kills as well. Thats not my style. My lux average is 4.1/2.7/10.5. My win rate with Lux was 50% last season and is at 60% this season. Overall win rate is at 50% as well. Im looking for a duo partner with atleast a 50% win rate in silver/gold and for the love of god please dont average double digit deaths with your main. Voice communication would be a big plus as well. A little humor and personality as well. I usually play after 8pm central time.
