Know I've already done this but is there a community full of players on TS3 that welcomes newcomers and is actually enjoyable to be on. The one I'm on now is just....well.....

I doubt it. They seem to be mostly all filled with segregated cliques saturated in drama that cross over from one TS3 server to another.
