LOOKING/RECRUITING FOR A TEAM FOR RANK

I'm sick of teams who come together in 5 mins then go do their promos, i want to find or put together a team who pratices and grows together and dont rush in over their head. I want to learn each others playing styles when people like to engage in what situations i want the team to know how the jungler engages and when hes comfortable i want the team to blend well and for them all to get along, and basically not even be able to have to talk. it can all be coordinated off of one ping. ill either be looking and starting from the bottom to make this team happen. or willing to join. no real requirements in rank or anything i just want my team to no the basics when its a good engage, when youre chasing to deep. when to be in your lane and when to free roam and then to be able to read the map on when to get back to your lane. i want the team to realize whoever is jging cant go to your lane every 2 minutes to come try to gank it because it makes them start to get behind. its their job to gank yes. but they always have to consecutively farm if they dont farm their lvls behind will hit 4-5 and their worthless than they cant help at all for 20 mins, which hurts the team in every scenario. Feel free to add me in game all skill lvls welcome i just want a team to grow together. im sick of joining a team and because i was finishing up a game they couldnt want together and rush off and play asloppy team promo and their like we won 1 out of 5. because they dont even know how each other play. i just want to do it all right is what im saying.
