Looking for ranked duo partner

was silver 1 last season. Would really like to move up in ranking this season. Sort of got left behind by all my friends. most are plat or high gold and all have duo partners - kind of like everyone has their own clique and I'm kind of just left out. Not to mention doRito's new ranked system doesn't let me even think about queing with a plat friend.

I mostly jungle so any mid or top laners would be awesome. Mains:
