Phoenix Gaming Looking for Plat/Diamond Top for a Serious Ranked 5s Team
Hello, I'm looking to finish off a serious ranked team of Gold+ players. We will put in the effort to become a great team, while having a hell of a good time. Please only apply if you main top. If you're interested just fill out the questions below. Do NOT add me in-game regarding this team. If I like what you've written down and your stats are solid then I will add you myself. We will start playing as soon as we have a team so please be prepared to play whenever.
Age/Sex: Time Zone: Time Available to Practice/Play: Role Preferred: Your strongest champions in that role: Your current rank: Do you have and are willing to use Skype? Will you be available to participate in weekend tournaments consistently? Will you be open to constructive criticism by other team-mates/coach? What do you hope to get out of joining this team? Will you make sure to attend practice on-time as long as it's in your control? Anything cool/interesting about you(optional):
