Looking for some goofy friends to just chill and play some goofy league with

Hey i'm new to league and am right now climbing to 30. i'm 19 right now which is not to bad really for how long i've been playing and i've been looking to see if anyone wants to friend me and we can chill and play some league and just joke around. some things to note about this i will explain. Age isn't really a big deal to me i don't mind if you're older then me and if you're younger then me that is kinda more iffy because that must mean you're really young since i am only 15 so we would have to see about that if you're like 12 or something. Secondly, for the most part i don't want these super competitive games all the time I mean can totally have some of those but i'd rather just have a chill game where we joke around and play league. something else to add, Skill level is not a huge deal in my eyes really just as long as you're not going 0/10 and not having a super great excuse if but i mean if we are just trolling or goofing that is a different story.
