I'm doing recruitment for team Planet Express (link) and we're essentially looking for people who want to earn the ranked team rewards. Tier ranking is of secondary concern (but Gold or higher would be a nice bonus for those of us who haven't gotten there in solo/duo). We're currently looking for people who want to play top or jungle.
I'm also trying to screen people out who are prone to rude/offensive outbursts. Mostly, we just want to make sure that the group has friendly and understanding people. Constructive criticism is fine but it must be kept civil (playing the blame game and yelling is a no-no).
